液状のクリーナーは、特殊な加工を施した私達の作品には不向きであるばかりでなく、変色を早める場合もある為、お勧めはできません。

市販のシルバー磨き布をご用意ください。特にセーム皮は主としてコラーゲンと呼ばれる非常に長い蛋白質の分子がお互いにねじれ絡み合って皮の繊維組織を作っており、人工では、まだ到底真似のできない超極細繊維で構成されています。繊微な汚れまで綺麗に拭き取れますので、お勧めいたします。

汚れや黒ずみ、小さなキズなどは、市販のシルバー磨き布かセーム皮で磨く事により輝きを取り戻す事ができます。
Dirt, turn brownish and small scratch are removed by polished with commercial polishing cloth or the chamois, the luster can beregained.
例え、２００年前に作られた銀の製品であっても、正しく手入れをすれば当時の輝きが蘇ります。
Even a 200-years-old silver products will be pre-Victorian look, if it’s cared in a correct way.

壊れてしまった製品の全てのパーツをご購入されたお店にお持ち頂くか、梱包の上、 直接弊社までお送り下さい。
In case of breaking products, please bring to the store where you bought it. or pack all parts up and send it to us
